How to Apply, Remove and Size your Nails

How to apply Press-on Nails – Step-by-Step

​

 

1. Open the box and remove the foam pad with your beautiful nails attached. The nails are connected to the foam with soft glue, this glue is only used to hold your nails onto the foam. When instructed, peel each nail away from the glue and continue to follow instructions.

Underneath the foam, you will find the following:

• 1x wood stick

• 2x alcohol wipes

• 1x mini file

• 2x sets of adhesive holders with double-sided tabs

• 1x glue

2. Split apart the adhesive holder into 2 pieces – save one piece in case you want to remove and reapply nails at a later stage

3. Smooth out all of your existing nails with the mini file provided to ensure good adhesion

4. Push back your cuticles with the provided wooden stick to ensure the stick-on nail sits cleanly on your existing nail

 

Now for the fun part – sticking on your amazing nails!!!!!

Let’s do one nail at a time

 

5. Wipe your nail surface clean with the alcohol pad and let air dry for a few seconds

6. Peel off the clear plastic protective seal from the top of the adhesive holder

​

7. Select the correct adhesive tab for you nail size, peel away and push firmly onto selected nail for 20 seconds – you don’t need to be exact with the sizing, just make sure it’s not bigger than your nail

8. The adhesive tab has a small plastic film over it, peel this away, this will expose the adhesive for the nail.

 

Note: If you are looking for a stronger hold - last longer (up to 4 weeks) apply 2 drops of glue directly on the nail then add the adhesive tab and 2 more drops of glue on top of the adhesive tab.

 

9. Choose the right nail corresponding to your finger, pull nail away from foam and make sure no glue is attached. Identify the thinner end of the nail, this end is to be placed closest to your cuticle. Push down entire nail firmly for another 20 seconds

10. Repeat for remailing nails

 

How to remove Press-on Nails – Step-by-Step

1. Pure some warm water in a bowl, make sure you can fit your whole hand into the water

2. Add some soap and leave hand to soak for 1 minute

3. Use wooden stick to help peel away from cuticle and once nail is removed, use the stick to push away glue from your nail.

4. If you want to re-use your nails, make sure there is no glue remaining on the back of the nail and then place back into the original foam pad for storage

How to measure your nail size - Step-by-Step

​

1. Place some standard tape across the widest point of your nail

2. Mark the edges of your nails on the tape with a marker

3. Remove tape and measure the space between lines in mm

4. Note the size down and repeat for each finger
